Course description :
This course will provide the individual with the knowledge, understanding and skills required to carry out tasks in dealing with individual windblown trees as part of their work in arboriculture, forestry, or other industries. The course covers hazards, risks, controls, emergency procedures, legislation, industry good practice in dealing with individual windblown trees.

Pre-requisites:
Units 201 chainsaw maintenance and cross cutting timber, unit 202 Felling small trees, unit 301 Felling medium trees
